I hereby inform all users and possible users of Cliquesteria that a user, whose login is AlanMendes, after 3 months clicking to accumulate the minimum value for redemption, had his account suspended and without receiving the amount that was his right.

He has been waiting 5 days after requesting your payment request and now can not even open a ticket on the support. And he still did not receive his right amount.

No one is obliged to be active with the account, since the clicks during the 3 months of work were passed on to the Cliquesteria and not to the user who had the job. Even if he has not clicked on these 5 days waiting to receive, this does not lose the right to receive what was already his right. Simply the same was banned and remained without receiving anything.

I hope those responsible for Cliquesteria do something about it. His login is AlanMendes.

If this user was like you and me a Cliquesteria Citizen, has he sent his Identification Documents for verification?

Most of suspended users simply didn't read that before trying to withdraw:

He does not follow the forum, if this was the problem, he could have sent a message directly to him and not simply suspend his account.

If this is really the problem, just reactivate his account so he will send the necessary documentation.

It is not a machine that is asking you to ask all your friends to send messages here in the forum to solve his problem.

I just opened the call as directed too !.

I made a question about the injustice done with my friend, whose login is AlanMendes, where the same after performing numerous clicks after 3 months, was able to accumulate the minimum value for withdrawal. He did not know that he should have to update his account, sending document to Cliquesteria, had his account suspended and did not receive the value that is his right.

I would like that instead of closing the topic, enforce justice, because it was not communicated by internal message that should have to update your account, with a document and simply asking for a withdrawal, have your account suspended.

I hope the Cliquesteria, take some action on it and remove the suspension from your account, so that it can send the documentation and then make the payment correctly.

I'm waiting.

The whole story with the verification is necessary when someone does not fill in his full name in his profile page. If you read our Tos and Pivacy Policy, you will see and you will understand what is necessary in order a member work normally. It is not our duty follow your mistakes all the time.
