Dear Members, Some of the tickets can be answered for more than 48 hours and it is due to fact that one of my friends who is working with the support tickets is sick. Last days I have a lot of work with the payments and I am not able to answer tickets either. So please be patient and soon we will answer to your support tickets. It is a situation that may happen always, it is why I ask you for your patience. Everything else is good, the sites are working nice, the payments are being processed on time, we have only a slight delay with the ticket answers. Also, because of that heavy schedule, I cannot start the new contests. It hopefully will happen the next week. Take care, friends!!!

Hello administrator ... I have a problem .. I made a withdrawal and it has been several days and I did not get the money to my account of huphold .. and in the page of clickbook I have more than 6 $ and I do not leave the options to withdraw .. to both pages I have invested more than 10 $ for paypal .. also send my identity card from my country through an email .. same for uniclique .. also invested by paypal and send my cedula. If you could give me a reply please .. my email is [email protected] I also made the claim for the ticket.

I tried to withdraw via Paypal a short while ago, but after not receiving any payment for over a week, and seeing it's no longer supported, I cancelled my withdrawal request via Paypal. I tried to withdraw from Payza 4 days ago, and still nothing. Usually Payza makes payments in a day. How long can I expect to have to wait for Payza to pay, if they do? I would have sent a support ticket but I know they are no being answered, so the forum is my only choice. This is my second post in the forum with NO answer from admin. I also sent a support ticket, of course no answer there either. What is going on with Cliquesteria? I've been with you since the beginning, and you always had the fastest payment, fastest support and fastest forum posts around. Now I can't get paid no matter what nor get ANY response? Thanks |
