Confused about offerwall % "income"

So, I've been in this site since January 23th 2017 and working slowly but steady always reinvesting to reach my current place, but now that I want to make my first withdraw it is asking me that I am required to have a minimum of 20% of your "income" earned in Offerwalls.
The thing is... I don't know what does this "income" means exactly. Does it refer to my main balance? Or what I earn per day?
Other thing to note is that since I'm from Venezuela we dont get many of the offerwall offers (sometimes nothing at all) so it really makes it very difficult to us to earn up to that 20%
