According to me , a new point in tos must be introduced both in Cliquesteria and Cliquebook..Keep your security pin safely .If you forget it, forget about account and your money withdrawal.

What is the use of trying to be fair by providing - in case of losing security pin contact Support. When in actuality , the support never responds.
No, I am wrong. A system generated response comes that you will receive your reply within 48 hours but the reply never comes. I know it well.
Because, here in Cliquesteria such a thing has happened to me.
I opened two tickets A155-0BF3-F75C-ADB0 and 47B2-A529-4021-A37D on June 20-2017 at 4:11am and June22 at 6:16 am
informing the support that I have lost my security pin and asking for their help in this regard.

But the reply never came.

So, I was asking to include a point in tos so that the new members are cautious and don't commit this mistake which will hinder their withdraw.The untold facts must not be kept hidden as members are investing both their time and money.

I the same have earned small money, but I can't register the instrument of payment. Can send only the new password. There is no hope that I will receive money

When you get a New Debit Card, do you forget its PIN so frequently?

If you have ready the News section, I have announced that the support ticket waiting time will be more than 48 hours for some time because the guy who is answering the tickets got sick and there was no way for us to answer in 48 hours.
