Dear Members, Today I had the first Standard Non-depositor member asking for payment. Because I am sure that many of you will find their payments returned to their balances in future, I want to underline the 2 MAJOR REASONS FOR THAT: 1. FULL NAME REQUIRED IN ORDER A PAYMENT TO BE PROCESSED. OTHERWISE, I CAN NOT VERIFY YOUR PAYMENT ACCOUNT WITH YOUR IDENTITY. 2. THE STANDARD MEMBERS AND THE NON-DEPOSITOR MEMBERS CAN ASK FOR PAYPAL PAYMENT ONLY WHEN THEY HAVE ENOUGH NET AMOUNT OF 5$. It means that if you accumulate 5$ and ask for payment, after the fee deduction, you will get a net payment of 4.**, which is not enough. That is why I ask for NET 5$, it is the money after the fee deduction. Please understand that, because it is very important. This rule is not related to the other payment processors. These rules are a part of our Privacy Policy and it is clearly stated what you need to follow. Do not be angry at me for the moments when you find you had not read our Terms of Service.
